Terms & Conditions

1. 2012 Louis Roederer Cristal Giveaway is a Vinomofo promotion that will take place site-wide on http://www.vinomofo.com.sg on Friday 3 May 2024, from 9am SGT until 11.59pm SGT.

2. Purchases made during the date and time as mentioned in clause 1 will be deemed valid.

3. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), and by the decisions of Vinomofo, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

4. Each individual case of wine sold will be considered one ‘entry’ into the draw.

5. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and a Singapore resident. The prize draw is not open to employees, family members and/or contractors of Vinomofo.

6. Purchasers understand they are entering a prize draw, with a chance of winning a bottle of Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne Rosé 2012 (valued at $950 RRP).

7. No returns or cancellations can be made for orders made between 9am and 11.59pm on Friday 3 May 2024. All sales are final, users cannot cancel and re-order.

8. Twelve winners are to be selected at random using a computer-generated system.

9. Winners will be contacted by email by Friday 10 May 2024 to organise their prize and may be required to show a form of valid photographic ID when claiming the prize.

10. Winner’s details (first name and first letter of their surname) will be published on this page within 28 days.

11. Prizes are non-transferable, not for re-sale, non-refundable, and non-changeable.

12. There is no cash or credit alternative to the prize.

13. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Vinomofo (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Vinomofo’s control);

b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Vinomofo) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Vinomofo;

d) any variation in prize value

e) any tax liability incurred by the winner or any entrant; or

f) the use of the prize.
