1x Auld Family 'The Ernie' Single Vineyard Shiraz 2023
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
The Barossa Valley is home to quite a few multi-generational wine families. There are legacies as far as the eye can see, stretching across the Barossa plains and rooted as deep as the oldest vineyards. The Aulds are one such family, with the current generation Sam and Jock paying tribute to their lineage who were planting Australian vineyards in the mid 1800's. Each sip tells a story—of sun-soaked vineyards, family traditions, and a relentless pursuit of quality. After the first taste of Ernie shiraz you won't be looking back.

1x Geoff Merrill Pimpala Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
Geoff Merrill is a man of many talents. Lucky for us (and you), making absolutely phenomenal wines is one of them. Geoff creates his wines with an eye on the future, everything is held back and carefully tracked until it's in its optimum drinking window. This is what a wine in the optimum drinking window looks like. Full of oomph and bravado, this strapping back-vintage cab is not for the faint of heart. Packed with succulent, ripe berry fruits, charry and vanillin oak and leather – this is not one to pull the bat away from big, bold flavours. Marked by a toasty oak profile, there's a whack of tobacco, clove and freshly roasted coffee perfuming the nose and palate. This is quite the wine to impress.
You’d pay $65 full price.

1x School House Headmaster Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
We know that Coonawarra cabernet is sincerely age-able. That’s just part and parcel of this region’s charm. This School House cab shows the best of what the famed red clay has to offer, as it walks the tightrope between power and elegance with perfect poise. There are ripe dark fruits of plum and cassis, wrapped up in fine tannins and complimented by notes of toasty oak. It is intense, but also wonderfully balanced. We don’t need to say much more, because this is one wine that does most of the talking.

1x Penley Estate Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
Nobody does cabernet quite like Penley, and nobody appreciates Penley quite like us. We love ‘em. Seriously, these guys are Coonawarra legends - take Kate Goodman as a prime example, taking out Halliday Winemaker of the Year in the 2024 Companion. Seriously, that says it all. For lovers of a hearty red, look no further than this estate grown cabernet. It's so luxurious, you won't know what you've done to deserve it. Let us be the first to say: you're worth it Mofo.

1x Angove Family Winemakers 1886 Shiraz 2021
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
This wine was crafted using traditional techniques at the historic, century-old Angove winery. After gentle de-stemming, wild fermentation was embraced in open fermenters to let the site’s character shine. Twice-daily hand plunging and pump-overs built colour, structure and complexity. Once dry, the wine was basket-pressed and sent to French oak for a long, slow maturation. Blackberry compote, aniseed and crushed herbs leap from the glass, supported by overt cedar and warming spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with a velvety texture that weaves dark plum, mocha and savoury oak into a seamless whole. Bright acidity and fine tannins stretch the finish long and clean. This is Barossa done beautifully. Drink now - it'll last for 10 years in the cellar but just drink it, it's so good right now.
You’d pay $50 full price.

1x Paxton Quandong Farm Shiraz 2023
Red — Shiraz
McLaren Vale — Australia
Such great value on such an incredible wine. James Halliday thinks so and we couldn’t agree more. It’s some of the Vale’s absolute best biodynamic single vineyard shiraz, intensely vibrant in the glass and silky on the palate. There’s a bit of oak spice and vanillin sitting behind bright fruits such as strawberries and blackberries, finished swimmingly by smoothly polished tannins. Crack open a bottle now and set aside the others to cellar for a few years if you please.
You’d pay $50 full price.
