Bindi are one of Australian cool-climate wine's most quietly revered names. The Dixon pinot draws from two distinct vineyard plantings, giving it a layered complexity that single-planting wines rarely achieve. Macedon Ranges pinot noir from one of the region's most celebrated and respected producers. At this price, an outstanding opportunity.

Why do we love this wine?
Fully destemmed, open vat fermented and matured for ten months in French oak with minimal new wood. Everything handled with a restraint and precision that lets the fruit lead the conversation. Red and black cherry, wild strawberry, earth and spice on the nose - fragrant and completely inviting. The palate starts fresh and supple, then gradually builds texture and intensity as it opens up, with vibrant fruit flavours and a drive and length that signals real quality underneath. Still young and already thoroughly enjoyable. Give it three or more years in the cellar and it'll reward your patience handsomely.
