From one of the more ‘well travelled’ winemakers, Jason Schwarz’s experience working all over the world - it was his home town of Barossa that he was drawn to in the end. The generational family story growing wine grapes in the region carries into today, when a tight-nit group of growers makes the Schwarz wines unique, and of impeccable quality.

The Schiller - from vines planted in 1881-  is a seductive wine. Glowing in the glass, it offers a nose of sweet red candy, some raspberry leaf, black berry compote, a touch of orange peel and white pepper. So complex; fresh though rich. There’s similar fruits on the palate, in a medium-bodied frame, with a soft, round finish. On nights when you’re drinking the whole bottle (and trust us, you’ll want to do that), you want a drop like this to carry you through.
