Why do we love this wine?
People keep talking about Vocoret as an emerging talent, but for me they're fully realised – a certified master who has risen to the top of the worlds most competitive market. This has all the Petit Chablis hallmarks – white blossom and cool stone fruit aromatics with pithy, fleshy citrus on the palate that's wrapped tightly around a lively mineral baseline. Palate weight offers relief from what is peppy, punchy acidity right out of the gate. The finish is marked by classic salinity nearing on a brininess.
