We want you to enjoy your wine. And letâs be honestâââwe want you to keep coming back for more, and to tell all your friends about us.
We only sell the wines we love and drink ourselves, so itâs all good wine, as far as weâre concerned. But we also know everyone has their own tastes and opinions. Weâre passionate believers in that. Thatâs why we have a 100% Mofo Happiness Guarantee.
If youâve opened two bottles or less in a case of twelve, or one in a case of six, you can return your case of wine for a full credit or refund. The same rules apply to mixed cases and club wines. We know itâs a bit different with a mixed case, given the wines arenât the same, but hey, itâs all part of the wine adventure, and fairâs fair.If youâve opened more, call or email and weâll figure something out.
So if youâre not 100% happy with any wine you order from the âfo, contact us within 365 days of delivery and we can arrange a replacement (where available), credit or full refund â you choose.Â
Weâll even pick the wine up and cover the cost of return. Note that if your case isnât received at our warehouse within 30 days weâll assume you changed your mind and drank the evidence, and weâll cancel the return in our system.Â
Please keep in mind that if you benefited from a discount or reward at the time of sale, applicable due to the purchase of the returned wine (eg. free shipping on three or more cases), this discount or reward will be forfeited in the refund.
I want to return my wine , what do I do?
Give us a call on 800 120 6722 or email us at team@vinomofo.com.sg, let us know and tell us why, and weâll organise for our courier to contact you and arrange to collect the wine.
If you donât have the original box, donât worry, any box that fits the wine will do. To help out our lovely drivers, we do ask that you ensure the box is in good condition, securely taped up and free from any dangerous materials, such as broken glass.
All you have to do is let us know once it has been collected so we can organise your credit or refund!
When will my refund be processed?
Once the wine has been collected, just let us know and we can issue your credit or refund straight away.
It can take a little while for your wine to travel all the way back to our warehouse, and we donât want you to have to wait that long. So always best to let us know as soon as the driver collects it.
Please keep in mind that if you benefited from a discount or reward (for example, free shipping on SGD $200 or more, or a free shipping sale) at the time you bought your wine, this discount or reward will be forfeited in the refund. Fairâs fair!

How do I change or cancel an order?
If youâve ordered by clicking the âone-click checkoutâ but change your mind straight away, there is an option to cancel and refund immediately.
