1x Pertaringa 'Belonging to the Hills' Shiraz 2021

Red — Shiraz

McLaren Vale — Australia

The Pertaringa name is no stranger to the Aussie household. The iconic Hardy family are to wine what vegemite is to toast: a perfect match. So, to land this beauty from the hands of Bec Hardy is monumental for us, and we couldn't be more pleased. This is McLaren Shiraz through and through, with densely packed dark chocolate and fresh roasted coffee exploding on the nose. The palate follows through just as true, layered with preserved plums, dark forest berries and a lick of vanillin softness. There's one word for this wine, and it's awesome.

You'd pay $70 full price.

1x Reschke Bos Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Red — Cabernet Sauvignon

Coonawarra — Australia

This is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. The needle in the haystack. This is why we show up to work every day and search the globe for the best wines. This right here, is the epitome of aged Coonawarra cabernet. Reschke are Coonawarra legends, and they don't hold back on the time and care that goes into their wines. Halliday would certainly agree, awarding the 2015 'Bos' 95pts in a recent tasting. Vibrant blackcurrant and oak have come together, tannins mellowed and earthy, secondary elements emerged. Enjoy drinking from the top shelf, you deserve it.

You'd pay $60 full price.

1x Matahiwi Estate Reserve Pinot Noir 2021

Red — Pinot Noir

Wairarapa — New Zealand

Pinot is a really tough grape to handle at the best of times, let alone when on a budget. Every now and then, though, you do find some gems. This is one of those. Made by the team at Matahiwi, who are known to over-deliver, this pinot does, and then some! Light and bright, it ticks the fruit, complexity and pinosity boxes with a flourish. A firm favourite of our customers and staff, excitement levels get pretty high when Matahiwi enters the building.

You'd pay $60 full price.

Red — Shiraz

McLaren Vale — Australia

If you don’t know by now, we think it’s time for you to loop yourself in. This Limited Edition shiraz comes from the best rows of their famous “War Horse” and “Ironstone” blocks. The vines are old and what they lack in quantity (yield), they make up for in superb quality. Full bodied, but balanced with pepper and spice, there are just so many layers to discover in this wine. Laden with luscious, ripe blackberries, earthy blackcurrants, mocha, hints of cedar and a dollop of liquorice, you’re in for a treat with this divine, velvety red.

You'd pay $70 full price.

1x La Bastide Saint Dominique Côtes du Rhône Villages 2021

Red — Grenache Blend

Côtes du Rhône — France

Liquorice and fennel at the fore, this is distinctly old world and immediately charming. It unfruls and evolves in the glass, offering spiced plum, some poached pear, nettle, baked and stewed red fruits, and finally a graphite and granite line through the finish. This is (in classic Rhone style) so friendly and approachable - there's not a palate in Singapore that won't enjoy tucking into this.

You'd pay $70 full price.

1x Schild Estate 'Ben' Shiraz 2020

Red — Shiraz

Barossa — Australia

Dark black cherry and blackcurrant aromatics practically scrambling to get out of the glass - this is so flashy and showy up front. The palate is smooth and opulent, with a satisfying long finish marked by blood plum, chocolate, and a little whiff of sweet tobacco. Subtle oak tannin provides structure to the fruit. If you're looking for a wine to define both vintage and varietal, this is it.

You'd pay $80 full price.

Frequently Asked Questions

This collection brings together premium wines from renowned regions like Barossa Valley and Côtes du Rhône at a fraction of their individual retail prices. The pack includes award-winning bottles with scores up to 96 points, featuring established producers like Schild Estate and international selections from France. By purchasing as a mixed dozen, you're accessing wines that would typically cost significantly more individually, while exploring diverse styles from cool-climate Pinot Noir to robust Barossa Shiraz.

The collection spans the full spectrum of red wine experiences, from the elegant, cherry-driven Pinot Noir perfect for lighter meals, to the powerful, chocolate and blackberry-rich Shiraz ideal for hearty dishes. The Cabernet Sauvignon provides classic structure with blackcurrant notes, while the French Côtes du Rhône adds European finesse with its spice and herb complexity. This diversity means you'll have the perfect wine for any occasion, from casual weeknight dinners to special celebrations.

The flavour profile spanning from strawberry and cherry to chocolate and allspice makes this collection incredibly food-friendly. The lighter Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with duck, salmon, or mushroom dishes, while the robust Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon complement red meats, barbecue, and aged cheeses. The French Côtes du Rhône bridges the gap perfectly with Mediterranean cuisine, herb-crusted lamb, or charcuterie boards, ensuring you'll always have an appropriate pairing regardless of your menu.

Most wines in this pack are drinking beautifully now, particularly the 2020-2021 vintages which have had time to integrate their tannins and develop complexity. However, the structured Cabernet Sauvignon from 2015 shows how well these styles can age, having developed tertiary flavours while maintaining freshness. The Barossa Shiraz and premium selections could easily cellar for another 5-8 years, allowing you to enjoy some bottles immediately while setting others aside for future special occasions.

The impressive ratings from respected critics like James Halliday (95 points) and Ken Gargett (96 points) indicate exceptional winemaking across this collection. These scores reflect not just immediate drinking pleasure, but also proper vineyard management, optimal vintage conditions, and skilled cellar work. The Trophy for Best in Show at the International Cool Climate Wine Show particularly highlights the technical excellence of the included wines, while the consistent high scores across different critics suggest these wines offer both immediate appeal and long-term drinking satisfaction.
