Why do we love this case?
That’s not to say they’re short on quality or complexity – far from it! But to sit there alone while pondering these would be missing the point. They’re built for fun, for fabulous feeds with friends, for big belly-laughs in the best of company. And wherever these wines are, fun times are never far. Cheers to that, mofo!
1x Warramunda Estate Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2024
White — Chardonnay
Yarra Valley — Australia
A brilliant wine. Chardonnay that feels premium in every way. The weight. The length. The way it changes and evolves as it breathes a little. The sheer amount of complexity in every glass. We're decidedly in cooler fruits here; green apples, pears, green grapes, some grapefruit, plentiful citrus. That fruit is stretched across some tightly wound, nervy acidity that snakes it's way up the palate to eventually define the long, fantastic finish. This is a wine that will have you coming back for more.
You’d pay $80 full price.

1x Moss Brothers Wild Garden Chenin Blanc 2023
White — Chenin Blanc
Margaret River — Australia
I can’t speak highly enough of chenin blanc - it’s always at the top of my favourites list. This is classic for Margs; pear drop, honeysuckle, and a hint of vanilla at the fore, then gaining complexity as it comes up to room temperature. Think quince, ripe pear, preserved lemon, and a little brioche. A precise, confident expression of Margaret River chenin.
You’d pay $50 full price.

1x Pauletts Polish Hill River Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
There's nothing better than a high-quality Clare Valley riesling. Polish Hill River, a sub-region of Clare Valley, is home to some of the best and most sought-after riesling fruit in Australia. With fruit as pure and beautiful as this, all you need in the winery is a deft hand to take it from vine to bottle, with as little intervention as possible. Luckily, this iconic Clare Valley producer has decades of experience doing just that, and the results are absolutely astounding.

1x Jeanneret Sevenhill Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
One of our favourite rieslings from one of our favourite Clare producers. This spills over with citrusy goodness, both juicy and zesty. It's spent plenty of time on lees (over two months!), so this isn't some thin little number, but rather a textural wine that sits on the medium to full-bodied side of the riesling spectrum. And just like all good Clare riesling, it's ready to go today or will reward patience to the tune of a decade. Your wine! You choose how and when to drink it. We'll do the same with our case.
You’d pay $45 full price.

White — Pinot Grigio
Margaret River — Australia
True to the style, light, crisp and purity abounds in this is a perfectly gorgeous grigio from 'fo faves, Knee Deep, a family run winery based the heart of the renowned Margaret River wine region. A genuine love of the Margaret River wine region is where the Knee Deep story began. You can see that love evident in the glass here, mofo. From the elegant and finely scented complex nose of green apple and juicy pear, with floral notes of green tea and lemon balm to the finessed and rounded palate of fresh nashi pear & nectarine and hints of spice. The love lingers right through to the youthful acidity and the flavoursome finish.
