Why do we love this case?
These are wines that truly show why pinot noir is the most important grape there is. We've selected them for the simple fact that they show just how desirable this variety can be. Complex and intriguing, vibrant and juicy, intense and focused. This is a selection that shows off the flashiness of the varietal while also displaying how perfumed, poised, and precise it can be. This is absolute pinot indulgence.
1x Wild Earth Earth & Sky Pinot Noir 2021
Red — Pinot Noir
Central Otago — New Zealand
Wild Earth are a solid mofo favourite and absolute darlings of the wine press, too. Central Otago pinot noir are world-class, and really don’t get any better (or more trophies and awards) than this. Crafting exceptional wines year after year, we find it such a pleasure to taste every new vintage. The 2021’s are fantastic. From a ripping Bannockburn vineyard in Central Otago, ‘Earth & Sky’ has everything: elegance, grace, poise, and power. There is a seductive bouquet of black fruits on the nose, with a touch of the tertiary mushroom complexity. Expect dark cherry, plum and thyme on the plate, this has it all in check, composed and confident. Whether you’re looking to impress your lover, or hide a few bottles away - this is the pinot for the job.
You’d pay $110 full price.

Tasting Notes
1x Principia Pinot Noir 2019
Red — Pinot Noir
Mornington Peninsula — Australia
Principia are, in every sense of the word, a Mornington Peninsula Icon - not just for the great wines they have produced, but for their ability to do it every vintage, whatever the conditions may be. This is more pure excellence from one of the great pinot noir regions of the world. A fresh burst of near-confectionary raspberry leads riper, richer strawberries. It is completely classic Mornington Peninsula pinot noir; elegant spice and juicy palate weight framed by fine grain tannin and spiky acidity. Literally mouthwatering.
You’d pay $97 full price.

Tasting Notes
1x Kutch Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2019
Red — Pinot Noir
Sonoma County — America
Here we have incredible Sonoma Coast pinot noir, with a much lower price-tag than its haughty cousins, the Falstaff and the McDougal Ranch. It’s made in much the same way, and the quality is there in spades. Jamie Kutch achieves an almost indescribable elegance in all his wines. He’s a tiny producer – a one-man winery who left his job in finance to pursue his dream of making wine in California. You won’t find these anywhere else in Singapore, giving you full bragging rights to your mates about supporting up-and-coming superstars of the scene before anyone else. And you can be sure nobody else is bringing this to the same dinner party.
Jamie believes in minimal intervention in the winery, giving you maximum expression of terroir. You’ve seen what the Old World has to offer, no doubt. Now see what happens when California drops the bravado and bares its very soul.
You’d pay $120 full price.
