From a slightly cooler vintage, this cabernet is one of the multiple vintages here at the ‘Fo. Limited in release, this is a wonderful wine when dining with your family - as it is highly drinkable and perfectly aged cabernet. Choose your favourite local cuisine and ‘dabao’ because the wine is waiting for you at home. This is excellent cabernets, fragrant and earthy and soft enough to see your glass empty time and time again. Cassis, red earth and pepper spice underpin this earthy and flavoursome red. Approachable, and high quality cabernet. We often say these are like Australian Bordeaux.
