The colour here is a near black/maroon. The wine is very approachable and that generosity is immediately apparent. We have notes of mocha, licorice, soy, plums, coffee beans, delicatessen meats, chocolate, leather, warm earth, blackberries and cocoa powder. So much going on here. Supple and delicious, there is a creamy texture, fine balance and excellent length. Enjoy this for at least the next ten to twelve years." - Ken Gargett
