The combination of Gin Gin and Clone 5 clones adds distinctive character, while the restrained 28% new French oak allows the terroir to shine through rather than masking it.

Small-batch production allows for meticulous attention to detail that's impossible with larger volumes. Every bunch is handpicked during cool night hours to preserve aromatics and acidity, then gently whole-bunch pressed to extract only the finest juice. This artisanal approach, combined with sourcing from a single exceptional vineyard block, naturally limits quantities but ensures each bottle represents the very best expression of the site.

Wild fermentation using native yeasts creates greater complexity and textural richness compared to commercial yeast strains.
