Cook Like a Mofo: Eggnog

This is one very festive episode of Cook Like a Mofo. Nic is back with the curdling classic, eggnog! Perfect for the Australian Christmas, right? This episode is proof that this recipe is infallible! 

Ingredients for Nicco's 'Famous' Eggnog:

4 egg yolks

4 egg whites

1/3 cup caster sugar

2 cups full cream milk

1 cup heavy cream

100mls bourbon

1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
